I have been meaning to reach out to Dr. Masterson since she supported us the day our sweet and much loved pup Rudy passed away on May 30th. It was among the saddest days of our lives, and Dr. Masterson could not have been more compassionate, caring, and professional. While losing our Rudy was terribly difficult, I am incredibly grateful to have been able to say good-bye to him at our home and with Dr. Masterson guiding us through the process and allowing us to cry and grief for him.
My most sincere thank you to you, Dr. Masterson. Your job is not an easy one, and you do it with such grace. Thank you for helping to ease that transition for us. I truly believe I have been able to make peace with Rudy’s passing because he passed in such a peaceful and compassionate way, which is thanks to you. I also very much appreciated your note to us afterward.
