Henry lived a long, happy life of 16.5 years. He was born in Hilbert, Wisconsin and grew up near Lake Michigan chasing balls in his Midwestern backyard. When he was 10 he tore is ACL and had a total knee replacement. At 12, he moved to Colorado where he became an avid hiker sometimes hiking 12 miles to elevations of 13,000 feet with his little sister Myles. He was a loving, goofy dog who was devoted to his family. Denverite online publication voted him one of the “50 best Dogs in Denver over 50” human years old. He died at home peacefully surrounded by his family.
