We recently had to make the difficult decision to let our precious pup cross over the rainbow bridge. We chose to do this at our home, where our dog Bailey would be the most comfortable. We did our research and found Caring Pathways, and chose them based on comments and testimonials, reading through the history of the company as well as looking at all the veterinarian’s bio’s and other employees on their website.
As difficult as it was, the customer service contact (Leslie) walked us through the process on our first call, before we made our appointment and when the day came, Dr. Mavi Graves came to the house to take Bailey over the bridge. From the moment she contacted us via phone when she was on her way, and through the entire process after she arrived, Mavi had a calming presence and made a most difficult time more bearable. She explained everything that would occur and gave us plenty of space to say our goodbyes and peacefully take all of us through the process.
Our extreme thanks to Mavi for her courtesy and care in helping us through and allowing our beloved pup to cross over in peace.
Highly recommend their team and allowing us to do it at home, where we all more comfortable.
