This testimonial is written for the purpose of sharing with other pet owners the extraordinary compassion and empathy that was shown to me yesterday when I had to say goodbye to my Bear. Dr. Steve Zachar was the staff person who carefully explained the process and at the same time showed a genuine measure of compassion for me and my pet. I can only say his presence was comforting and truly appreciated and we will never forget his kindness. My wife and I shared almost 16 years with our rescued Black Lab and those years were precious. He will be missed but saying goodbye was certainly made easier by the efforts of Dr. Steve. He is an extraordinary person with gifts and tenderness that is rare today.
